The owner is the sweetest man ever. Helped us with our every need. The house is a real hippy/boho vibe and the nature is absolutely stunning. The whole happening is such a vibe. 10/10 will visit again.

Rainforest Ridge Lodge . Wow , what a splendid weekend we had at this rustic lodge . We had the pleasure of our first stay at the Rainforest Ridge Lodge . We have been delighted to meet the owner Benn .
We as a family selected The Crags as a central position for a family 70 birthday celebration .
Thus we stumbled upon this accommodation option . As a group we needed beds , volume and space , we got this and more .
The surrounding views are simply said , beyond amazing . Mountain peaks to the north west in the distance . The ocean visible to the south . A vista of hill and valley scenery either side of the venue property .
As grandparents we had the joy of seeing our three active grand sons FREEDOM paly from dawn to drop dead tired at day end .
Can really say this is a gem of a venue albeit robust . Such a calming and peaceful position the Rainforest Ridge Lodge . Thank you so much Benn .

I LOVED this beautiful place. Everything is just perfect and the view is amazing. The owner Benn is a true legend, very knowledgeable about the surroundings and happy to take you on adventures in his 4x4 - with or without his 5 adorable dogs :)) I will be back here for sure!

We had a fantastic 2 days at Ben's. The highlight was the hike to the river below where you could swim and chill. Ben is a relaxed man with 5 very friendly dogs. The cottage was spacious and equipped with everything. The view from the balcony is unbeatable.... In the morning with sunrise and at night the stars were bright and beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others!

We spend 2 days in ben's farm. and i think this is my favorite place in south africa. i want to come back everyday and i think this place owns 300 stars and not only 5

On arrival the owner was very friendly. We did not intend to stay 1 week but ended up doing so. The cottages are nice and clean and modern. The king size bed was really comfortable and gave us 7 nights and some days of great sleep. The views are outstanding. We could see the ocean from the bedroom and from the kitchen. We had a great fish braai in the lapa. There is a hiking trail with views second to none and a river with crystal clear water at the bottom of the gorge. We ended up staying a week although we had originally planned to travel around every 2 days accommodation wise. Thanks we will see you next year!

My husband and I found this beautiful place whilst road tripping for our honeymoon. The views were absolutely out of this world and such a beautiful place to stay ! Benn the host was so friendly and really made our stay just that much more amazing! We can definitely recommend this place, especially if you are after a City escape! It is unbelievably peaceful!
